Abstract:
This dataset contains one-photon calcium imaging recordings using Inscopix nVista v2 and v3, and nVoke1 microscopes. The recordings have been performed in a variety of awake behaving mice exploring an open field, and originate from hippocampus (CA1), dorsal striatum, pre-frontal cortex, parietal cortex, visual cortex, and somatosensory cortex. Cells from each recording have been manually annotated with ROIs, and these ROIs are also provided, which makes the dataset useful for testing the performance of cell identification algorithms. Mouse trajectory in an open field is included for a subset of the hippocampal and striatum data, which allows for place cell analysis in hippocampus and velocity decoding in striatum. Full behavioral movies are included for two striatum datasets, which can potentially be used for motion syllable detection. ...
