Abstract:
En la situant par rapport à d’autres approches passées qui furent estompées aux heures du comparatisme historique et du structuralisme, je présente ici ce que j’appelle la dynamique sémiotique au travers de quelques notions que j’ai antérieurement développées. Dans un deuxième temps, je compare ces notions avec certains concepts de l’ethnométhodologie dont on sait qu’elle questionne l’élaboration des catégories, l’indexicalité, et l’analyse que pratiquent les acteurs de la vie sociale dans l’organisation de ce qu’ils font ordinairement afin que cela « fonctionne » et corresponde aux besoins du moment. Je montrerai que ces approches parallèles ont d’importantes affinités entre elles, mais aussi qu’elles s’inscrivent dans une histoire plus ancienne. Autrement dit, je m’attache à questionner les modes de saisie de notre pratique et nos usages des langues, certains aspects de leurs dynamiques et nos façons de les décrire. Le tout pouvant s’inscrire dans une anthropologie renouvelée qu’il nous reste à développer. ; In this article I present what I call dynamic semiotics, situating it with regard to other previous approaches marginalized at the time of historical comparativism and structuralism. To do so, I use certain notions which I have previously developed. In the second part of the article I compare these notions with concepts used in ethnomethodology. As we know, this approach assesses how social actors produce indexicality, analysis, and elaborated categories for what they do ordinarily in such a way that it ‘works’ and corresponds to the needs of the moment. I will show that these parallel approaches have important affinities, but also that they form part of an older history. In other words, my concern is to assess the ways in which our language use and usage are apprehended, certain aspects of their dynamics, and our ways of describing them. All of this may come to figure in a renewed anthropology which remains to be developed. ; En relación con abordajes anteriores, diluidos durante el auge del comparatismo histórico y del estructuralismo, presento aquí en primer lugar lo que he dado en denominar « dinámica semiótica », por medio de algunas nociones que he desarrollado en trabajos previos. Luego, comparo dichas nociones con algunos conceptos de la etnometodología, de la cual se sabe que cuestiona la elaboración de categorías, que recurre a la indexicalidad y al análisis que practican los actores de la vida social en la organización de la vida cotidiana, para que el estudio « funcione » y se corresponda con las necesidades del momento. Mostraré que estos enfoques paralelos presentan afinidades importantes entre ellos, pero también que se inscriben en una historia más antigua. Dicho de otro modo, propongo cuestionar los modos de aprehensión de nuestra práctica y uso de las lenguas, ciertos aspectos de sus dinámicas y el modo en que las describimos. Lo presentado podría inscribirse en una antropología renovada, aún por desarrollar.
