Abstract:
актуальность статьи обусловлена значительной ролью антимонопольной политики в обеспечении развития конкуренции на рынке и согласовании интересов участников хозяйственного оборота. Развитая конкуренция приводит к продуктивному росту рынка товаров и услуг, способствует повышению качества продукции, а также технологическому прогрессу. Цель статьи заключается в анализе тенденций развития антимонопольной политики в Российской Федерации, а также в определении ее ключевых проблем на современном этапе. Поставленные задачи были реализованы при помощи общенаучных методов (анализ, синтез, диалектический метод) и формально-юридического метода. Сделан вывод о том, что на содержание правовой политики в сфере антимонопольного регулирования оказывает влияние текущая экономическая ситуация. Определены предпочтительные направления развития антимонопольной политики, которыми надлежит руководствоваться законодателю и правоприменителю в целях обеспечения соответствия антимонопольного регулирования тенденциям цифровизации ... : the relevance of the article is due to the significant role of antimonopoly policy in ensuring the development of competition in the market and harmonizing the interests of participants in economic turnover. Developed competition leads to productive growth of the market for goods and services, improves product quality, as well as technological progress. The purpose of the article is to analyze the trends in the development of antimonopoly policy in the Russian Federation, as well as to identify its key problems at the present stage. The tasks set were implemented using general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, dialectical method) and the formal legal method. It concluded that the content of the legal policy in the field of antimonopoly regulation influenced by the current economic situation.
