Abstract:
The formation of communicative competence of future primary school teachers is one of the urgent issues of today. The article characterizes the essence of communicative competence of future primary school teachers, analyzes the current state of development of communicative competence of future primary school teachers. The article reveals the linguistic principles of communicative culture of the future teacher. It is emphasized that a necessary condition for the education of the speech culture of the individual is compliance with the norms relating primarily to oral speech: orthoepic, accentological. Typical errors of the students’ speech are analyzed. The practical significance of orthoepy in the process of forming the communicative competence of the future primary school teacher is highlighted: observance of orthoepic norms, including norms on stressing words, improves language (communicative function) as a means of communication, promotes adequate understanding of spoken phrase, exchange of ideas. The results of a study conducted at the Pedagogical Faculty of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University are presented.It is concluded that students are rather aware of the importance of perfect speech in personal and professional development. Almost all native speakers in everyday life outside the classroom violate the orthoepic norms of modern Ukrainian literary language. Most violations occur in the area of pronunciation of voiced consonants at the end of the word and in the middle before the deaf consonant; respondents show readiness to improve the level of communicative culture. The majority of future primary school teachers have low to medium level of speech culture. The authors argue that numerous violations of the norms of emphasis are the result of influence of the Russian language, local dialects, and insufficient awareness of speakers with the system of literary emphasis. ; Формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх учителів початкової школи – одне з нагальних питань сьогодення. У статті розкрито лінгвістичні засади комунікативної культури майбутнього педагога. Нaголошено, що необхідною умовою виховання комунікативної культури особистості є дотримання норм, що стосуються насамперед усного мовлення: орфоепічних, акцентологічних. Проаналізовано типові помилки в мовленні студентів. Виокремлено практичне значення орфоепії в процесі формування комунікативної компетентності майбутнього фахівця.
