Abstract:
Este artículo se centra en un análisis realizado sobre los errores más frecuentes cometidos en las producciones escritas de estudiantes universitarios jamaicanos de español como lengua extranjera. En concreto, se analiza la adquisición de la concordancia en español L3. Los resultados se comparan con estudios realizados en adquisición de terceras lenguas en otros contextos similares con universitarios multilingües. Se avanzará en el área de investigación de adquisición de terceras lenguas atendiendo a la variable del nivel de competencia en la L1-L2, para ver cómo influye el conocimiento previo de estas dos lenguas en el aprendizaje de una L3. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran una mayor frecuencia de errores de concordancia derivados de la L2 y de la influencia de la L1. ; In this article we will focus on an error analysis in the written production of Jamaican university students of Spanish as a foreign language. Specifically, we will analyze the acquisition of agreement in Spanish L3.The results will be compared with other studies in the field of research in third language acquisition in a similar multilingual university context. We seek to contribute to the research area of third language acquisition in response to the variable level of competence in the L1-L2, related to the influence of prior knowledge of languages by students in the process of learning a third language. The results indicated that the errors in agreement were the most frequent errors caused by their L2 and the influence of the L1.
