Abstract:
Objetivo: evaluar el impacto que un proyecto educativo de teatro musical tiene sobre el desarrollo emocional y social de alumnos de Educación Primaria. Metodología: mixta de tipo ex - post-facto donde el objeto de estudio es el desarrollo de las competencias emocionales y sociales de los alumnos tras su participación en un proyecto de teatro musical, y el impacto que este proyecto ha tenido sobre dicho desarrollo. Se recogió información a través de entrevistas y grupos de discusión a una muestra no probabilística e intencional de 20 profesores. También se suministró una encuesta, con aplicación de un cuestionario al final del proyecto (postest) a una muestra representativa del alumnado que participó en el proyecto de teatro musical. Resultados: Según los profesores, los factores emocionales y sociales más desarrollados son la conciencia emocional, control de los impulsos, optimismo, empatía y colaboración y cooperación. Las asignaturas vinculadas con las Artes Escénicas desarrollan 20 factores, frente a las 11 que desarrollan las áreas bilingües o los 8 de las áreas troncales. Conclusión: el proyecto de teatro musical tiene un impacto en al menos 11 factores emocionales de los 20 evaluados, entre un 77.26% y un 95% del alumnado, siendo las asignaturas vinculadas a las Artes Escénicas, las que más desarrollan estos factores. ; Objective: to evaluate the impact that a Music Theatre educative project has in the development of the emotional and social competences in the pupils of Primary Education. Method: is a mixed one, with an ex-post-facto type in which, the object of evaluation is the development of the emotional and social competencies of Primary Education pupils that participated in the Musical theatre project, and the impact that this project had on the mentioned development. It was administered interviews and discussion groups to non-probabilistic group of 20 teachers. A postest questionnaire was administered to a representative group of pupils that participated in the musical theatre project. Results: According to the teachers, the most developed emotional and social factors are: emotional awareness, control of the impulses, optimism, empathy, collaboration and cooperation. The Stage Arts subjects develop 20 emotional and social factors, the bilingual subjects develop 11 and the core subjects develop 8 ones. Conclusion: the Music Theatre educative project has an impact on at least 11 of the 20 emotional factors that the questionnaire evaluates, between 77.26% and a 95% of the students. The subjects related to the Stage Arts are the better ones that develop the emotional factors.
