Abstract:
Τα παιδιά, ήδη από την προσχολική ηλικία, επιδεικνύουν την ικανότητα να ρυθμίζουν τα συναισθήματά τους και η ικανότητά τους αυτή αυξάνεται ραγδαία τα επόμενα χρόνια. Η παρούσα μελέτη διερευνά το δίκτυο των σχέσεων μεταξύ της γλωσσικής ικανότητας, της γνώσης των συναισθημάτων, της συναισθηματικής ρύθμισης και της Θεωρίας του Νου σε παιδιά προσχολικής ηλικίας. Το δείγμα της έρευνας αποτέλεσαν 66 παιδιά (Ν = 34 κορίτσια) των δημοτικών παιδικών σταθμών του δήμου Κοζάνης ηλικίας μεταξύ 36 έως 50 μηνών. Η εξέταση των παιδιών ήταν ατομική και περιλάμβανε: α) ένα έργο κατανόησης/γνώσης των συναισθημάτων β) δυο έργα Θεωρίας του νου και γ) δυο έργα γνώσης στρατηγικών συναισθηματικής ρύθμισης και επιλογής μεταξύ αποτελεσματικών και μη αποτελεσματικών στρατηγικών. Οι εκπαιδευτικοί κλήθηκαν να συμπληρώσουν ένα ερωτηματολόγιο αξιολόγησης της γλωσσικής ανάπτυξης των παιδιών. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι τα παιδιά προσχολικής ηλικίας διαθέτουν ένα ανεπτυγμένο ρεπερτόριο στρατηγικών ρύθμισης των αρνητικών συναισθημάτων ... : Children, from preschool age, show the ability to regulate their emotions and this ability increased rapidly in the following years. The present study explores the network of relationships between language ability, emotion knowledge, emotional regulation, and theory of mind in preschool children. The sample of the research consisted of 66 children (N = 34 girls) of the kindergartens of the municipality of Kozani aged between 36 and 50 months. The examination of the children was individual and included: a) one project for emotion’s knowledge b) two projects of theory of mind and c) two projects of awareness of emotional regulation strategies and choice between adaptive and maladaptive strategies. Teachers had to complete a questionnaire assessing children's language development.
