Abstract:
La falta de coneixement científic sobre l’entonació utilitzada per els habitants de Santiago de Cuba, un dels nuclis urbans més importants de la gran de les Antilles, va ser una forta motivació per a començar un estudi sobre aquest aspecte. En el present estudi, s’ofereixen les principals característiques trobades en relació a l’entonació interrogativa. La caracterització del fenòmen es fa des d’una perspectiva fonològica estructural, molt poc estesa en el camp dels estudis d’entonació, i amb el recolzament d’instruments digitals. Les dades aportades són de gran utilitat tècnica i pràctica per al coneixement efectiu de la variació regional de la pronunciació en el món de parla hispana, i per a l’ensenyament de l’espanyol com a llengua materna i estrangera. ; La falta de conocimiento científico acerca de la entonación usada por los habitantes de Santiago de Cuba, uno de los núcleos urbanos más importantes de la mayor de las Antillas, constituyó una fuerte motivación para emprender un estudio sobre este aspecto. En el presente artículo, se dan a conocer las características principales encontradas en relación con la entonación interrogativa. La caracterización del fenómeno se hace desde una perspectiva fonológica estructural, muy poco extendida en el campo de los estudios de entonación, y con el apoyo de instrumentos digitales. Los datos aportados son de gran utilidad técnica y práctica para el conocimiento efectivo de la variación regional de la pronunciación en el mundo de habla hispana, y para la enseñanza del español como lengua materna y como lengua extranjera. ; The lack of scientific knowledge of the intonation used by the people who live in Santiago de Cuba, one of the more important population centers in Cuba, was a strong motivation for undertaking a study concerning this object. The current article provides the mean features found out as regards interrogative intonation. The phenomenon characterization has been made with a structural phonological approach, scarcely tried in the field of intonology, and with the help of digital instruments. The data provided have theoretical and practical value for the knowledge of the dialectal variation of Spanish pronunciation, and for the teaching of Spanish as mother tongue and as foreign language.
