	Abstract: Αυστρία και η Ελλάδα, δύο χώρες με κοινές νομικές ρίζες και διαφορετικές απολήξεις: με καταβολή το Ρωμαϊκό δίκαιο όπως διαμορφώθηκε μέσα στη Γερμανική Νομοθεσία, η οποία διαμόρφωσε την ύπαρξη δύο φαινομενικά εντελώς διαφορετικών συστημάτων. Το διπλό σύστημα (doppelsystem) του Αυστρογερμανικού τόξου φαίνεται εκ πρώτης όψεως ασύμβατο με το Ελληνικό Κτηματολογικό σύστημα.Ωστόσο, μέσα από τη μακροσυγκριτική και μικροσυγκριτική επισκόπηση καθώς και την λεπτομερή αποδελτίωση και μελέτη των 115 κατά την κρίση μας κομβικότερων αποφάσεων της Αυστριακής Νομολογίας, η παρούσα φιλοδοξεί να καταλήξει στο συμπέρασμα ότι οι διαφορές είναι μόνο στο περίβλημα και ότι στην ουσία τους τα συστήματα παρουσιάζουν πολλές ομοιότητες. Στόχος της παρούσας είναι αφενός να αναδείξει τις ομοιότητες (και τις διαφορές) μεταξύ των δύο συστημάτων αλλά κυρίως να δώσει λύσεις σε ζητήματα κτηματολογικά που ανέκυψαν ή θα ανακύψουν στο μέλλον στην Ελληνική πραγματικότητα αναδεικνύοντας τον τρόπο που τα Αυστριακά δικαστήρια χειρίστηκαν τα ... : The Republic of Austria and the Hellenic Republic are two countries that share common legal roots but different endings: through the common adoption of the Roman and Ancient Greek Law as depicted in the early German legal practice , both systems carved their own unique legal path based –however- on the same elementary legal principles. The doppelsystem, a system used in the Austro-German world, seems at a first glance to be quite contrary to the Greek cadastral system. However, with the systematic comparison in macro- and micro-level ,as compelled by the elementary principles of Comparative Law, in combination with the detailed study of 115 critical court decisions of Austrian Courts this dissertation opts to highlight the common ground for both systems that allows the communication between the two systems and the shared knowledge on solving the legal problems.
