兒童華語教材中的飲食文化分析:以《學華語向前走》為例 ; Analysis of Food Culture of Chinese Teaching Material for Children — With Reference to “Let’s Learn Chinese”
Abstract: 從符號學的觀點而論,食物如同一組符號系統。由符號學的研究範疇轉向文化現象探討時,飲食文化中的食材、行為與傳統文化,可經由學習語言與詞彙的過程,瞭解其社會文化意涵及指涉涵義。目前華語文教材多以日常生活為主題,但針對飲食文化內容深入分析的教材較未著墨。 本論文以兒童學習華語教材為研究主軸,並以《學華語向前走》為研究案例,進行教材中飲食文化之分析。透過文獻討論、內容分析以及比較研究,探討《學華語向前走》之詞彙如何顯示中華飲食文化特色。研究目的在於探討飲食文化對於兒童學習教材之重要性,並進一步以節慶、日常生活、飲食禮儀進行飲食文化分析之面向,達到瞭解華語飲食文化的特色與內涵。 本論文藉由《學華語向前走》之飲食文化分析面向,探究有關飲食文化的詞彙與級別之對應性。除了提供有關華語文與飲食文化詞彙之編撰依據,也可做為開發在地性課程與教學實踐之參考。 ; From a semiotic point of view, food is like a set of symbol systems. There are specific permutations and combinations in food culture like language rules. At present, Chinese textbooks mostly focus on daily life, but the textbooks with in-depth analysis of the content of food culture are relatively unfocused. This thesis focuses on children’s learning Chinese textbooks as the main research topic. And take “Let’s Learn Chinese” as a case study to analyze the food culture in the textbook. Through literature discussion and content analysis and comparative research, explore how the vocabulary of “Let’s Learn Chinese” shows the characteristics of Chinese food culture. The purpose of the research is to explore the importance of food culture for children’s learning materials. And further to the aspects of food culture analysis in terms of festivals, daily life, and eating etiquette, so as to achieve the goal of learning Chinese culture. This thesis explores the correspondence between vocabulary and level of food culture based on the analysis of food culture in “Let’s Learn Chinese”. This research provides the basis for the compilation of vocabulary related to Chinese language and food culture, as well as the reference for the development of local courses and teaching practices.
