Abstract: В данной статье показаны языковые механизмы формирования доверия у читателей текстов, создаваемых дискурсивной практикой социальных работников Великобритании. Дискурсивный анализ представленного материала основывается на интепретативной методике анализа дискурсивных практики. В ходе анализа выявлен ряд языковых средств, создающих условия для формирования доверия со стороны клиента (читателя статей сайта). Это предикаты количественной оценки, раскрывающие детали затруднительных ситуаций, и тем самым демонстрирующие глубокий анализ этих ситуаций, а также предикаты общей оценки, позиционирующие положительное отношение к социальной службе. На текстовом уровне это апелляция к авторитетным мнениям, обсуждение и разъяснение глобальных проблем, влияющих на уровень жизни людей, демонстрация единства. В комплексе все эти средства, актуализирующие контекст доверия в тексте являются инструментом воздействия на его адресата. ... : The professional community discourse practices are primarily associated with the social context of its participants’ interaction. Accordingly, the interpretation of the texts created as a result of this interaction should be based on knowledge and understanding of such social elements as activities, agents and their social relations, tools, objects, time and place, forms of consciousness, values. The latter act as regulators of social relations between agents in the discourse practice. One of these value regulators is trust, which determines both the process of information exchange within the discourse, and this exchange effectiveness. This article analyzes linguistic mechanisms of trust contexts found in the texts produced by social workers in Great Britain. The material for the analysis is articles posted on the Community Care website of BASW (Professional Association for social work and social workers).
