Abstract:
In dieser Arbeit wurde eine Analyse der Diskursart des Erstkontaktes als telefonisches Erkundigungsgespräch im Immobilienmarkt mit Hilfe des sprachtheoretischen Ansatzes der Funktionalen Pragmatik durchgeführt. Durch eine empirische, qualifizierte, vergleichende Analyse der im Chinesischen und im Deutschen auftretenden sprachlichen Handlungen und Phänomene der Erstkontaktgespräche im Immobilienmarkt wurde eine allgemeine, tentative Struktur für das telefonische Erkundigungsgespräch erarbeitet und entwickelt. Ein weiteres Vergleichen bezieht sich darauf, den Prozess, bzw. die Verbindlichkeit von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Wohnungsbesichtigung, durch die in beiden Ländern geführten Gespräche, zu rekonstruieren. Das sprachliche Phänomen der Unkooperativität in der Interaktion, die in chinesischen Gesprächen zu beobachten war, sowie das merkwürdige Anredeverhalten in chinesischen Gesprächen aus dem Zweck der Höflichkeit wurden auch in dieser Arbeit thematisiert. ; In this research, an analysis of the type of discourse present in initial contact through telephone inquiries, in the context of the realestate market, was carried out. This was achieved with the theoretical linguistic approach of functional pragmatics. Through this study, a general, tentative structure of discourse was firstly prepared. Upon this discourse structural foundation, an empirical, qualified comparative analysis of the speech acts and phenomena, which appeared in Ger-man and Chinese discourses, was carried out. A further comparison is concerned with the reconstruction of the process, or rather the obligation from the initiation of contact to the viewing of a property through the conversations carried out in both countries. The linguistic phenomenon of non-cooperation in the interactions, which were observed in the Chinese conversations, were also a topic of this research.The strange addressing behaviour of the Chinese conversations, which served the aim of politeness, was also in focus in this research.
