Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of one of the topical areas of Uzbek linguistics, such as the history and description of the terminology system, the connection of terms with certain concepts. The system of terms and terminology is the linguistic means necessary for the formation of scientific theories, laws, rules of a particular field, science and technology, and is defined as an integral part of this direction. Believes that mastering terminology is a major problem in understanding any scientific knowledge, as terminological units play an important role in the process of professional and scientific communication. The term differs from ordinary words in that it is unambiguous, precise in meaning, devoid of expressive coloring, is focused on a specific area, does not have additional meanings and is mainly used in the speech of representatives of a specific area. Obviously, depending on the nature and essence of the concept being expressed, certain norms and requirements are placed before the terms. ...
