Abstract:
Настоящая статья посвящена этнолингвистическому исследованию лексики, отражающей традиционную молочную пищу калмыков. В состав данной тематической группы слов входят следующие лексические элементы: гипероним цаһан идән ‘белая пища’, наименования молочных напитков и продуктов, приготовляемых путем сквашивания (әәрг, көөрцг, чигән и др.), названия молочных напитков, приготовляемые путем варки (хальмг цә, әрк, аадмг и др.). Рассмотрение лексико-семантической группы слов, отражающей термины пищевой молочной продукции в калмыцкой культуре и традиционном быте, свидетельствует о высоком уровне владения данным производстве в недалеком прошлом. Следует отметить, что лексика калмыцкого языка, связанная с обозначением молочных продуктов, отчетливо отражает культурную общность и генетическая связь со всеми монгольскими народами. This thematic group of words includes the following lexical elements: the hypernym tsaһan idәn 'white food', the names of milk drinks and products prepared by fermentation (әәrg, kөörtsg, chigan, etc.), the names of milk drinks prepared by boiling (halmg tә, әrk, aadmg, etc.). Consideration of the lexical-semantic group of words, reflecting the terms of food dairy products in the Kalmyk culture and traditional life, indicates a high level of knowledge of this production in the recent past. It should be noted that the vocabulary of the Kalmyk language, associated with the designation of dairy products, clearly reflects the cultural commonality and genetic connection with all Mongolian peoples.
