Abstract:
Данная статья посвящена истории изучения синтаксиса немецких диалектов. Несмотря на почти двухсотлетнюю историю диалектологии, синтаксические особенности немецких диалектов долгое время оставались на периферии научного интереса данной отрасли лингвистического знания. Анализируются причины такого положения и называются факторы, способствующие его коренному изменению. Также кратко описываются основные этапы изучения синтаксиса немецких диалектов. ; This article presents a brief overview of the history of German dialects. Despite the fact that dialectology existed for nearly two centuries, syntactic features of German dialects long remained on the periphery of scientific interest in this branch of linguistics. Only the end of 20 th-beginning of 21 st century saw a marked interest in the syntax of uncodified language varieties on the part of dialectology as well as generative grammar and syntactic typology. These two major trends in modern linguistics contributed a lot to putting syntax dialect into the focus of scientific research. Describing the given the state of affairs, the author asks the following questions 1) why did syntax of dialects long remain on the periphery of not only syntax studies but also dialectology? 2) what are the reasons of a growing interest to this area? One of the factors that hindered the study of dialect syntax is a prevailing view on dialect syntax as a kind of spoken syntax. Currently implemented projects of exploring the syntactic features of German dialects are also mentioned by the author.
