Abstract:
For Halliday and Matthiessen (2014), the notion of modality is related to the distinction between propositions (information) and proposals (goods and services), denominated, respectively, modulation and modulation, which are expressed in different degrees. Modalization presents the degrees of probability and usuality. Starting from a theoretical conception of the Systemic-Functional Grammar (HALLIDAY; MATHIESSEN, 2014), the focus of this study falls on the use of the modality resource in the Concepts and Principles of the PROEJA Base Document August 2007. This was done in the interpersonal metafunction, the modality analysis, taking into account the modulation (information exchange) and modulation (exchange of goods and services). As results, there was a high prevalence of authors' commitment to lexical-grammatical choices. ; Para Halliday e Matthiessen (2014), a noção de modalidade está relacionada à distinção entre proposições (informações) e propostas (bens e serviços), denominadas, respectivamente, modalização e modulação, que se expressam em diferentes graus. A modalização apresenta os graus de probabilidade e usualidade. Partindo de uma concepção teórica da Gramática Sistêmico-Funcional (HALLIDAY e MATHIESSEN, 2014), o enfoque deste estudo recai sobre o uso do recurso de modalidade nas Concepções e Princípios do Documento Base do PROEJA agosto/2007. Para tal foi realizada na metafunção interpessoal, a análise de modalidade, levando em consideração a modalização (troca de informações) e modulação (troca de bens e serviços). Como resultados, houve a predominância de valor alto de comprometimento dos autores em relação às escolhas léxico-gramaticais.
