Abstract:
В данной статье рассмотрена проблема терминологической многозначности, предпринята попытка проанализировать основные трудности, связанные с переводом многозначных терминов. В статье раскрывается влияние контекста на перевод терминологической лексики, исследуются терминологические поля отдельных юридических терминов английского языка и их семантическое сопоставление с аналогичными лексическими единицами русского языка. Статья посвящена исследованию переводческих техник и трудностей, которые возникают при осуществлении перевода с языка-источника на переводящий язык. Рассматривается метод функциональной эквивалентности как способ перевода юридических терминов для достижения максимальной точности перевода. Основная сложность перевода терминов текстов юридического дискурса заключается в том, что это перевод из одной правовой системы в другую. Наиболее частотным способом перевода является применение переводческого эквивалента. ... : The article deals with a problem of terminological polysemy, an attempt to analyze the main difficulties associated with the translation of polysemic terms is fulfilled. The article reveals the influence of context on the translation of terminological words, explores the terminological fields of certain legal terms of English and their semantic comparison with similar lexical items of Russian. The article deals with the research of translating techniques and difficulties, which appear while translating from source-language into target-language. The method of “functional equivalence” is looked through as the way of legal terms translating to reach maximum accuracy of translation.
