ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ЛИНГВИСТИЧЕСКИХ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ В ПРОЦЕССЕ ОБУЧЕНИЯ ИНОСТРАННОМУ ЯЗЫКУ

Abstract:
в статье рассматривается развитие содержания понятия «компетенция» в истории лингвистики, а также методике обучения языкам, дан анализ основных концепций ученых и представлены структуры лингвистической компетенции у разных авторов. На основе анализа изучены определение лингвистической компетенции и основные этапы формирования лингвистических компетенций в процессе обучения иностранному языку. Авторами проанализированы основные информационно-коммуникативные технологии, позволяющие сделать процесс обучения более эффективным.the article describes the development of “competence” concept in the history of linguistics and the methods of language teaching as well. It also analyzes the main concepts of scientists and presents the structures of linguistic competence of different authors. Based on the analysis the authors have studied the definition of linguistic competence and the main stages of linguistic skills development in language teaching. The researchers have analyzed the main information and communication technologies, which make the teaching process more effective.
