Abstract:
Nel presente contributo si riportano i risultati di uno studio i cui obiettivi sono: a) verificare come vengono trattati i segnali discorsivi (SD) in un manuale di italiano LS il cui approccio è orientato all’azione; b) analizzare come questi SD vengono percepiti e ritualizzati nel parlato dialogico di studenti di italiano LS di livello B1 del Quadro comune europeo di riferimento per le lingue. La ricerca è stata svolta fra studenti universitari del corso di Laurea di Lingua e Letteratura Italiana della Facoltà di Filosofia, Lettere e Scienze Umane dell’Università di San Paolo del Brasile. Dall’analisi delle proposte didattiche, tratte dall’unità 6 del corso d’italiano per stranieri Bravissimo! 3-B1(Birello e Vilagrasa, 2014), si evince che le attività incentrate sui SD presuppongono un costante reimpiego in un contesto di lavoro significativo, attraverso degli «spazi interattivi» in cui gli apprendenti prendono consapevolezza e mettono alla prova le regole che gestiscono la co-costruzione conversazionale in LS. L’esposizione e la riflessione sui SD, abbinate a proposte di attività interattive significative, in cui lo studente ha un preciso scopo da raggiungere, offrono delle opportunità di riutilizzo dei SD simile a quello che può prodursi in una situazione al di fuori dell’aula.Meta-analysis and application for action-learning italian fl discourse signalsIn this paper we report the results of a study whose objectives were: a) to determine how discourse markers (DMs) are addressed in an action-oriented Italian FL textbooks; b) to analyze how these DMs are perceived and ritualized in the spoken conversation of students studying Italian as a FL at the B1 level as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The study was carried out among university students majoring in Italian Language and Literature at the School of Philosophy, Letters and Humanities of the University of São Paulo, Brazil. The analysis of the pedagogical approach, focusing on Unit 6 of an Italian for foreigners course, Bravissimo! 3-B1 (Birello and Vilagrasa, 2014), indicates that the activities concentrating on DMs assume constant practice in a meaningful task context, through “interactive spaces” in which the students become aware of and practice the rules that govern conversational co-construction in the FL. The presentation of and reflection on DMs, coupled with the meaningful interactive activity approach, where the student has a precise objective, provide opportunities to practice DMs similar to those that can occur in situations outside of the classroom.
