國小一年級新住民學生注音符號教學之行動研究 ; Action Research on Teaching First-Grade New Immigrant Students Mandarin Phonetic Symbols
Abstract: 本研究旨在探討如何將注音符號教學應用於改善國小一年級新住民學生的語文能力,除了分析學生的學習成效,並瞭解學生對於注音符號課程的看法外,也探討教學中所面臨的困境及問題,以提升研究者的專業能力。 本研究採行動研究法,對象以109學年度就讀高雄市D國民小學的新住民一年級學生為研究對象,共六位,透過二十堂課,為期十週的課程教學,研究者擔任教學設計及教學者。在蒐集的文件資料中,教師方面,除了教學時觀察教師及研究者的觀察記錄外,每一次教學過後也都會進行教學討論及教學省思,並針對師生上課的互動記錄教學日誌;學生部份則包括學生的學習單、聽寫測驗、回饋訪談記錄等資料進行蒐集與分析。 依據研究結果,研究者歸納結論如下:一、實施本研究課程方案對國小一年級新住民學生語文能力有正向的影響。二、長時間且密集的補救教學課程有助於新住民學生學習成長。三、合宜的教學法及策略能引導新住民學生建構注音符號能力,並改善學習態度。四、教學者對教材的熟悉、教學流程的掌控及研究對象的了解,能使教學更有效。五、行動研究法有助於研究者累積教學實務經驗,並提升教師專業能力。 本研究根據上述研究結論,提出具體建議,以作為學校、教師及未來研究者之參考。 ; The purpose of this study was to investigate how to apply education of Mandarin phonetic symbols to improve first-grade new immigrant students’ language proficiency. Aside from analyzing students’ learning progress and understanding their thoughts about the Mandarin phonetic symbols lessons, this research discussed the real-time problems teachers faced during lectures to refine the researcher’s professional skills. The researcher was the instructional designer and teacher adopting the action research method through 20 lessons in 10 weeks and taking 6 new immigrant students in first grade of D Elementary School in Kaohsiung as research subjects. This study collected documentation of teacher and students for further analysis. On the aspect of teacher, the observer and researcher took observation record during lectures. After every lesson, discussion and review were conducted to document the interaction between teacher and students in the teaching diary. As for students, their worksheets, dictation test results, and records of feedback interviews were compiled. The research findings were concluded as below: I. Adapting the course design of this research had a positive impact on first-grade new immigrant students’ language proficiency. II. Long and intense remedial lectures benefit new immigrant students’ learning. III. Proper teaching method and strategy guided new immigrant students’ to build up proficiency in Mandarin phonetic symbols and improve learning attitude. IV. The Lecturer’s familiarity with teaching material, control over teaching procedures, and understanding of research subjects reinforced teaching effectiveness. V. The action research method enriched the researcher’s practical experience and improved professional skills. Based on the research conclusions, this study provided concrete suggestions as a reference for schools, teachers, and future research.
