Abstract: "The Demography of COVID-19 Deaths" database contains daily cumulative death counts attributable to COVID-19 broken down by sex and age, place and date of occurrence of the death. Data are complemented with metadata and documentation about the exact data sources and issues of quality and coverage of the data. The database was launched in April 2020. As of mid-December 2021, the database covers the following 21 countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, England and Wales, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United States of America. The database is open access at a bilingual (English and French) website (https://dc-covid.site.ined.fr/en/). ...
