Abstract:
Введение: усыновление — наиболее предпочтительная форма устройства детей, лишившихся родительского попечения, при которой ребенок в правовом отношении полностью приравнивается к родным детям, приобретает в лице усыновителей родителей и семью. Кроме того, усыновление способствует созданию полной семьи: лицам, не имеющим детей, предоставляется возможность удовлетворить присущее большинству людей чувство родительской любви. При этом значительную роль играет специальная подготовка приемных родителей к процессу усыновления, чему в России уделяется большое внимание. Усыновители добровольно принимают на себя всю полноту обязанностей, возложенных законом на родителей. Они приравнены к родителям во всех отношениях и наделены теми же правами. Цель: анализ такого процесса, как подготовка граждан к будущему усыновлению (удочерению) детей, с помощью различных методов исследования. Методологическая основа: диалектический метод научного познания, системный, формально-логический, сравнительно-правовой методы исследования. ... : Background: adoption is the most preferred form of placement of children deprived of parental care, in which the child is legally fully equated with his own children, acquires parents and a family in the person of the adoptive parents. In addition, adoption contributes to the creation of a full family: people who do not have children are given the opportunity to satisfy the feeling of parental love inherent in most people. At the same time, a significant role is played by the special training of foster parents for the adoption process, which is given great attention in Russia. Adoptive parents voluntarily assume the full responsibilities assigned by law to the parents. They are equal to their parents in all respects and have the same rights.
