“Eu vejo na TV o que eles falam sobre o jovem não é sério” : Oportunidades e Direitos para jovens do território da Restinga - Porto Alegre/RS
Abstract: Este trabalho faz uma análise do Programa de Oportunidades e Direitos (POD) inserido no bairro Restinga em Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. O objetivo é apresentar a relação estabelecida entre as e os jovens residentes no bairro Restinga com o POD, buscando identificar o sentido dessas políticas para a juventude, e se os mesmos identificam esse local como um espaço de lazer ou se são voltadas para outro objetivo. Como objetivos específicos aponto: (1) Quais os objetivos desse programa para uma juventude periférica e majoritariamente negra? (2) As e os jovens identificam esse espaço como um espaço de lazer? Busco no método Materialista Histórico Dialético, através de sucessivas aproximações com a empiria, mediada pela metodologia da Observação Participante, o campo de pesquisa é o meu próprio campo de trabalho, assim conseguirei aproveitar muito do espaço disponível para me aproximar na prática, analisar, questionar e desenvolver questões, tendo acesso a documentos, debates, discussões e o principal, aos jovens que fazem parte desse projeto. Além de vivenciar na prática os espaços de lazer, luta e resistência promovidos pelas juventudes da cidade, como frequentadora e, também, militante das causas culturais em prol da ocupação dos espaços públicos. ; This work has a analyzes of the Opportunities and Rights Program (POD) in the Restinga neighborhood in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. The objective is to present the relationship established between the young people living in the Restinga neighborhood and the POD, searching to identify the meaning of these policies for youth, and whether they identify this place as a leisure space or if they are glimpse at another objective. As specific objectives I highlight: (1) What are the objectives of this program for a peripheral and mostly black youth? (2) Do young people identify this space as a leisure space? I search in the Dialectical Historical Materialist method, through successive approximations with the empiricism, which will take place through the Participant Observation methodology. The research field is my own field of work, so I will be avail the available space to get closer in practice, while question and developing issues, having access to documents, debates, discussions and the main thing, to the young people participants of this project. In addition to experiencing in practice the spaces of leisure, struggle and resistance promoted by the youths of the city, as a frequenter and also activist of cultural causes in favor of the occupation of public spaces.
