Abstract:
International audience ; It is often said that the feeling of hatred is not far from that of love, which is always recalled by the famous little phrase from Chimène to Rodrigue in Corneille's Cid: "Go, I don't hate you". The true opposite, of both feelings, would thus be indifference, and therefore the fact of not feeling any feeling. However, indifference or rather the acceptance of what is, it is also the meditative capacity to receive its emotions 1 and to remain calm. Hatred, like love, are thus é-mus feelings, that is to say that their establishment is based on certain emotions, such as anger, fear, disgust or shame, certain transformations, certain movements of soul and heart, to which our body and mind are subjected. Thus, the way in which a feeling of hatred is articulated and arises from certain emotions will be totally dependent on who we are, at a given moment in our history, on what we have experienced, in a given context and situation. . We will focus on how emotions, which are very circumstantial moments of feeling, can help develop and fuel a feeling of hatred over time, which will manifest itself in a speech, with certain constancies and certain recurrences. . This will lead us to describe the emotional mechanism of construction of hatred and to see how the hate phenomenon, made of exclusion of the other, of acts of condemnation and negative emotions, is actualized in the discourse, between dimensions intimate and social. (.) ; On dit souvent que le sentiment de haine n'est pas éloigné de celui d'amour, ce que rappelle toujours la fameuse petite phrase de Chimène à Rodrigue dans le Cid de Corneille : « Va, je ne te hais point ». Le véritable contraire, de l'un comme de l'autre sentiment, serait ainsi l'indifférence, et donc le fait de ne pas éprouver de sentiment. Or, l'indifférence ou plutôt l'acceptation de ce qui est, c'est aussi la capacité méditative à recevoir ses émotions 1 et à rester apaisé. La haine, comme l'amour sont ainsi des sentiments é-mus, c'est-à-dire que leur mise en place se fonde sur certaines émotions, comme la colère, la peur, le dégoût ou la honte, certaines transformations, certains mouvements de l'âme et du coeur, auxquels notre corps et notre esprit sont soumis. Ainsi, la manière dont un sentiment de haine s'articule et prend naissance à partir de certaines émotions sera totalement dépendant de qui nous sommes, à un moment donné de notre histoire, de ce que nous avons vécu, dans un contexte et une situation donnée. Nous nous intéresserons à la manière dont les émotions, qui sont des moments de ressentis très circonstanciels, peuvent permettre de développer et venir alimenter un sentiment de haine dans la durée, qui se manifestera lui-même par un discours, avec certaines constances et certaines récurrences. Cela nous amènera à décrire le mécanisme émotionnel de construction de la haine et à voir comment le phénomène haineux, fait d'exclusion de l'autre, d'actes de condamnation et d'émotions négatives, s'actualise dans le discours, entre dimensions intime et sociale.
