This piece leveraged individual learning theories to explore how leaders are adapting to increasingly collaborate with machines during this period of transformation. This research specifically explored how executives within the sector are experiencing these changes, what the effects are on the roles and responsibilities of the human workforce, and how leadership teams are supporting the workforce transition required to adapt to this new paradigm.
