國小高年級國語教科書句型修辭研究 ; A Study on Sentence Pattern and Rhetoric in the Chinese Textbooks Used by Senior Pupils
Abstract: 中國語文學系 ; 本研究旨在探討國小高年級國語教科書中複句句型的分布狀況,與句型修辭相結合的可行性。 研究者以「內容分析法」為研究方法,針對南一、康軒、翰林三家出版社,在九十六學年度下學期及九十七學年度上學期所出版的九、十、十一、十二冊國語教科書中所揭示的重要句型,進行句型教學的內涵探究,並進一步探討句型與修辭相互間的關聯性,及兩者結合教學的可行性。 首先,從個別版本的複句句型編寫方式、呈現方式進行歸納、比較;接著將三家版本教師手冊所揭示的重要句型進行全面性的整理,並進行與修辭相關性的探究;最後將獲致的結果加以整理論述、提出建議,提供教科書編輯者、教學者在教材編製與句型修辭教學時的參考。 研究發現,三家版本複句類型的出現比例,均偏重在並列、遞進、轉折、條件四種複句句型上,其他類型的複句,除了康軒版的假設複句比例13﹪之外,其餘類型的比例均未超過10﹪,比例上偏低。而關於句型修辭結合的可行性方面,研究發現複句句型與修辭格之間確有相通之處,可互為補充,如並列複句與排比、對偶修辭格;轉折複句與映襯修辭格;遞進複句與層遞修辭格等。 最後針對研究結果提出建議,教材編輯者應對每課句型數、各類複句句型的出現比例進行明確的規劃,並加入句型修辭的學習及加強關聯詞語的學習比重;教學者除了應正視關聯詞語的教學,並在關聯詞語教學中結合語境進行外,更應嘗試著應用自身的專業能力,呈現出更豐富、有趣的句型修辭自編教材,在實際教學時更須因材、因地而施教,以免弄巧成拙;後續研究者可以針對句型修辭進行更全面、深入的研究,並對句型與文體、句類與修辭的相關性加以探討。 ; This study probes into the distribution of the exemplary compound sentences in the Chinese textbooks used by senior pupils and the practicability of integrating the sentences with rhetoric This research is conducted through content analysis The samples are taken from the Book IX X XI and XII of Chinese textbooks in three versions published by Nan-I Kan-Shien and Hanlin respectively during the second semester of the academic year 2007 and the first semester of the academic year 2008 The exemplary sentences are taken from these textbooks to probe into the significance of teaching sentences and furthermore into the relationship between sentence pattern and rhetoric as well as the practicability of combining them in teaching First the compound sentences from different versions are compared based on the sentence patterns and how they are presented Then the major sentence patterns listed in the Teachers’ Handbook in the three versions are examined in an overall review in order to study their relationships to rhetoric The research results are discussed as reference for the textbook editors and teachers in regard to the creation of teaching material and sentence pattern teaching The research results show that most compound sentences in the textbooks consist in the parallel progressively-associated transitional and conditional clauses Except for Kan-Shien’s version where those with conditional clauses take up 13% of all the compound sentences the compound sentences involving the abovementioned clauses in the three versions do not exceed 10% The proportion is rather low As for the practicability of rhetoric it is found that the compound sentences and rhetoric have some features in common and thus can be complementary such as parallel clauses and antithesis transitional clauses and contrast progressively-associated clauses and climax The research results are taken as reference for the textbook editors to determine the number and proportion of the compound sentences in every lesson as well as to increase the proportion of rhetorical and compound sentences Besides the teaching of compound sentences that should incorporate language context teachers should provide more interesting private teaching materials containing compound sentences The actual teaching should be adjusted based on student types and teaching environments Further researches can be made to obtain a more overall in-depth understanding of the relationships between compound sentences and rhetoric Keywords: Senior pupils Chinese textbook sentence pattern rhetoric rhetoric of sentence
