Abstract:
La movilidad profesional es cada vez mayor en las sociedades actuales. En el ámbito de la logopedia nos encontramos con situaciones en las que los profesionales de la evaluación, diagnóstico y tratamiento del lenguaje, deben enfrentarse a variedades lingüísticas en sus pacientes, que, en muchos casos, son diferentes a las suyas. Este hecho supone contar con instrumentos de diagnóstico y evaluación que contemplen la variación lingüística y su relación con la identidad de los hablantes desde una perspectiva geográfica y sociolingüística. Para ello reflexionaremos sobre cómo se contemplan las variaciones diatópicas y diastráticas en las pruebas de evaluación del lenguaje y qué modelo de lengua debe tomar el logopeda en su proceso rehabilitador.
