Sin embargo, la ausencia de herramientas software para emplear los modelos propuestos, está frenando su difusión y aplicación. En esta investigación se ha propuesto el desarrollo de un conjunto de herramientas software para la toma de decisión lingüística y los procesos de alcance de consenso, de gran valor para el análisis, la investigación y la aplicación de los resultados teóricos obtenidos. Además, el software propuesto se ha aplicado en la resolución de problemas existentes con objeto de agilizar su resolución y mostrar, como las herramientas propuestas, pueden ser aplicadas de forma efectiva en los problemas basados en toma de decisión del mundo real. ; [EN]In recent decades, linguistic decision making and consensus reaching processes in group decision making have been continued under study, having been proposed in the literature several models to address existing problems in various areas. However, the lack of software tools for using the proposed models hinders their application in real-world problems. This research has proposed the development of a collection of software tools to linguistic decision making and consensus reaching processes which are of great value for analysis, research and application of theoretical results obtained. Furthermore, the proposed software tools have been applied in the resolution of existing problems in order to speed up their resolution and to show, as the proposed tools can be applied ffectively in real-world problems based on decision making. ; Tesis Univ.
