Abstract: The subject of the study is the activity of trading networks in the Ukrainian market. The purpose of the study – consider the activity of trading networks in the Ukrainian market. Research methods. The dialectical method of scientific knowledge, method of analysis and synthesis, comparative method, method of generalization of data are used in the work. Results of work. The paper describes the components of the Ukrainian retail trade. The basic tendencies of development of the retail market are outlined. The factors that impede the development of the Ukrainian retail market have been identified. Conclusions. The results of the study were the following conclusions. The main information sources to support managerial decision–making regarding the range of the enterprise are the Internet, data of state statistics and ratings, periodicals of general economic orientation, databases of the enterprises, publications of the stock and currency exchange.
