Abstract: This paper examined the learning and teaching strategies for working with economically vulnerable, under-served, and high-need adult populations across different learning environments to facilitate their digital literacy acquisition. Initial analysis has identified unique and important insights about the learning processes of these under-served populations who come to public access computer labs in libraries and community organizations for tutor-facilitated support.
