Abstract: The data files include three rounds of questionnaire and interview data about Chinese university English majors' foreign language anxiety (FLA) inside and outside the classroom, FLA in face-to-face teaching context and online teaching setting, and their English learning motivation. Phase 1 survey data are about the participants' FLA in face-to-face teaching context, and Phase 2 survey data are about their FLA in online teaching setting. Phase 3 survey data are about their in-class and out-of-class FLA and L2 motivation. The three rounds of interviews are about their FLA and English learning motivation. ...
