Despite the abundance of studies on this author and his work, orality remains a fertile ground for research, especially if approached from the aspect of translation bias. This is why we propose to analyze, in this work, the way in which French translators have tackled this topic in their translations. To do so, we will resort to the theories developed by Henri Meschonnic (1982; 1999) regarding oral and spoken forms, the study on oral speech in Grande Sertão: Veredas carried out by Souto Ward (1984), and the works organized by Michel Ballard in the compilation Oralité et Traduction (2001). ; L’oralité est sans doute l’un des aspects les plus importants du roman Grande Sertão : Veredas et, plus amplement, dans l’œuvre de João Guimarães Rosa. Malgré le grand nombre d’études portées sur cet auteur et son œuvre, l’oralité demeure un terrain d’étude fertile, surtout si on l’aborde par le biais traductif. C’est pourquoi nous proposons d’analyser dans ce travail la façon dont les traducteurs français ont abordé cette question dans leurs traductions. Pour ce faire, l’on aura accès aux théories développées par Henri Meschonnic (1982, 1999), en ce qui concerne les formes orales et parlées, à l’étude portée sur le discours oral dans Grande Sertão: Veredas, développée par Souto Ward (1984), ainsi qu’aux travaux organisés par Michel Ballard dans le recueil Oralité et Traduction (2001). ; A oralidade é sem dúvida um dos aspectos mais pronunciados no romance Grande Sertão: Veredas e, em geral, na obra de João Guimarães Rosa. Apesar da abundância de estudos sobre este autor e sua obra, a oralidade permanece um terreno fértil, sobretudo se abordada pelo viés tradutório. Razão pela qual propõe-se, neste trabalho, a análise da forma como os tradutores franceses abordaram essa questão em suas traduções. Para fazê-lo, serão utilizadas as teorias desenvolvidas por Henri Meschonnic (1982; 1999), no que concerne às formas orais e faladas, bem como o estudo sobre o discurso oral em Grande Sertão: Veredas, desenvolvido por Souto Ward (1984), além dos trabalhos organizados por Michel Ballard no livro Oralité et Traduction (2001). ; La oralidad es sin duda uno de los aspectos más importantes de la novela Grande Sertão: Veredas y, en general, de la obra de João Guimarães Rosa. A pesar de la abundancia de estudios sobre este autor y su obra, la oralidad continúa siendo terreno fértil, sobre todo si se aborda desde el sesgo traductivo. Es por esto que se propone analizar, en este trabajo, la manera en la que los traductores franceses han abordado esta cuestión en sus traducciones. Con este fin, se utilizarán las teorías desarrolladas por Henri Meschonnic (1982; 1999) en lo que se refiere a las formas orales y habladas, el estudio sobre el discurso oral en Grande Sertão: Veredas llevado a cabo por Souto Ward (1984), al igual que los trabajos organizados por Michel Ballard en la recopilación Oralité et Traduction (2001).
