Abstract:
Развитие языковой образовательной культуры имеет два вектора глобальный и локальный, что является отличительной чертой образования в современном мире. В наше время вопросы, касающиеся сферы языкового образования, приобретают особую значимость. Необходимо адекватное и сущностное осмысление процессов, протекающих в сфере языковой образовательной культуры, что влечёт потребность в постоянной поддержке актуальных форм её развития. ; In the XXI century, the world is going through dramatic changes. Society, science and culture as a whole are facing post-non-classical reality, which can’t help revealing itself in language education, which is a part of culture. The culture of the language education is developing in local and global directions, this trend being characteristic of modern education. Interaction of global and local languages manifests itself in the process of glocalization, which reveals the controversy of globalization adjusted to local contexts. Cultural communities fight for their identity but they also yearn to erase boundaries giving glocalization its social, cultural and philosophical meaning. The research under consideration is based on the scientific background created by both Russian and foreign scientists who explored educational and language culture. The influence of local and global trends on language education used to be underestimated by the Russian scientific community. Yet recent studies show that a rising number of researches are becoming involved with the issue thus testifying to its cross-disciplinary character. This also brings forward the necessity to monitor modern educational environment. The formation of multicultural civilization will come along with the development of a multilingual individual and multilingualism as a global phenomenon. Considering that multilingualism is not just learning other foreign languages after English, but also a situation where English becomes the second or the third foreign language, scientific community is bound to take some intellectual and practical effort. In the XXI century, the world is going through dramatic changes. Society, science and culture as a whole are facing post-non-classical reality, which can’t help revealing itself in language education, which is a part of culture. The issues of the language education are of the utmost significance today. One should reconsider the ongoing processes in the sphere of language educational culture and pay due attention to developing its forms.
